JOYS OF BEING
RIGHT-BRAINED...

Jennifer with Pen-in-hand: A place to share
my spontaneous thoughts and feelings

Springtime on the Oregon Coast… nothing like it! It’s definitely a painter’s paradise and offers artists their chance to splurge and splash all-the-more… using all of their palette’s radiant colors.

Of course painted flowers meet canvas so much of the time right now. To me, there’s nothing more fun than to watercolor daffodils, tulips, rhododendrons, poppies and more.

Below are just a couple of new paintings I’ve done lately. I’ll hang them and others at the Backstreet Gallery & Co-Op soon. Florence, Oregon is about ready to burst at the seams with tourists from all around the world. It’s said the Heceta Head Lighthouse, 12 miles up the road is the most photographed lighthouse in the world! Come ‘click’ it out!

I’m sure that the other 14 artists at our Backstreet Co-Op will be displaying colors galore this springtime and summer. Hope you might be able to visit our HOME OF THE ARTS, if you’re ever in our neighborhood at 327 Laurel Street, west of scenic Highway 101. It’s a great place to pick up an ARTful reminder of the great Pacific Northwest.
